It means that we move beyond technological applications, we focus on effective planning, proficient controlling, defining reliable indicators and implementing a change driven structure. Everything is meant to ensure the continuous and sustainable improvement of any process (what).

The procedure is usually considered as simply as a workflow. Within ABS Management Concept, the procedure is much more than that. We construe how the structure acts towards the process adversities it will face.
Consequently, it is expected a systematized procedure management (how), methodical, integrated and conducted by management corrective actions of deviations detected in any process unnatural force. Thus, we have managed to correct path changes to attain excellence.
